In stock orders are given 3-5 business days to ship out to assure for quality and proper packaging of items.

Custom order items take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the order. Custom orders will be paid for in advance, as I run a small in-home business and do not keep all color options of material on hand. 

I am happy to customize your product by hand painting it. Ask me to see examples of my painting work. I currently hand paint the eyes on the models where it applies. I paint more details on some models depending on the need. 

Bulk orders are available for most items! I am happy to discuss pricing and options with you, just send me an e-mail and we can discuss it. Bulk orders are a minimum order of 10 of the same color print. I have completed bulk orders for 150 items, and I am happy to work with you on your needs. 

Returns and exchanges allowed within 30 days of purchase. I am proud of the quality of my items and do not expect breakages to occur for you, but shipping services don't always take care of their packages no matter how well I pad the items. So let me know if an issue has occurred in transit and I will be happy to make it right!
