Custom Order Information

Custom orders can be made for any product in our shop. I have access to the print catalogs of Cinderwing and Layers in Green, and am happy to work with you on your vision and ideas.

Ā How toĀ PlaceĀ A Custom Order

Step 1: Send us an e-mail! The top of our website has a banner link that will send you to an email page where you can contact us.

Step 2: State which item(s) you want to order. We haveĀ various designsĀ to choose from, so be sure you state the specific type because that usually indicates the size and detailing on that model. For example: Baby Butterfly Dragon will get you a medium sized dragon design, whereas Tadling Butterfly Dragon will get you a palm sized dragon of the same design type.Ā

Step 3: What colors do you want your item(s) printed in?Ā I can guide you through what is available and possible for your item.Ā

Visit the page Color Choices on our menu barĀ to see the chart of color options that we keep in stock orĀ prefer to order.Ā Ā Not all colors of material exist, but I am happy to work with you as best I can with hand detail painting.

Step 4: After we confirm the details of your order, I will make you a custom listing to purchase through. Custom colors require purchase up front.

Step 5: Custom orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete to allow time to acquire materials and make your items just for you.

Step 6: I will ship your custom items to you!

Locals, I am happy to work with you on a local pickup option. Discuss it with me in our order email.
